Bitumen protection board production line is a complete set of equipments for manufacturing protection board developed by our institute according to the clients. It is a first dedicated line for the protection board in the world. Currently no such products in China, which have a great investment value.

Brief introduction of bitumen protection board
Bitumen protection board is a tough, semi-flexible bituminous waterproof material formed with mineral reinforced bitumen sandwiched by two layers of saturated cellulose basement. It is an universal protection panel used to protect waterproof system against mechanical damage, pedestrian or light vehicular traffic and abrasion caused by backfilling and concrete placement

Water resistance
Resistance to ground salt
Resistance to most corrosive chemicals
Compatible to most waterproofing systems, especially the bituminous systems.

Project General Introduction:
1.Manufacturing Capacity:
Annually Manufacturing 5,000,000 ㎡  of bitumen protection board; three shifts per
day,20 hours per working day,300 days per year, calculated on basis of  5mm.
2.Surfacing: PE film and fiberglass.
3.Thickness:3-6mm.
4.Speed of the production line:3~20m/min, adjustable.
5.Capacity of the whole equipment:445 KW
